How we work
Autobot VA Services provides two different service plans, On Demand and Ongoing.
On-Demand
Our On Demand Service is catered to and priced for businesses that need assistance for a project/task only. Usually, these projects will have a set completion date. You provide us with the scope of work and deadline, we will quote you on the number of hours required to complete your project/task.
On Demand Services are invoiced in full upon acceptance of the service proposal.
Ongoing
Our Ongoing Service is for businesses that require assistance weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. You will provide us with the scope of work in order for us to propose the set number of hours per week / fortnight / month to complete the required tasks.
Service Proposals are submitted to all our clients. Once signed, the Service Proposal becomes the Service Agreement between Autobot VA Services and the client.
Ongoing Service agreements are invoiced weekly.
